Purge sensitive data from a Touchpoint activity
Purge all data that was flagged as sensitive from an activity.
Prerequisites:
- The sensitive data flags were set for the appropriate screens.
- The activity has collected live data.
Important: The sensitive data
purge feature will purge all data marked as sensitive from the activity. If you
want to delete or purge sensitive data for select participants while leaving
the rest of your activity's sensitive data intact, you must contact Alida
Technical Support or your Customer Success Manager.
