Filter report data (campaigns)

Focus your analysis on a subset of Touchpoint campaign responses.

You can filter campaign data by date or device. You can also use multiple filters at once.

  • Filter report data by date.
    1. In the top right corner, click Filter and select Date.
    2. Select a date filter option:
      • Today
      • Yesterday
      • Last 7 Days
      • Last 30 Days
      • Last 3 Months
      • Range

        If you select this option, use the calendar pickers to select start and end dates. The maximum selectable date range is constrained by when the first response was collected (start date) and the current date (end date).

    3. Click Apply Filters.
  • Filter report data by device.
    1. In the top right corner, click Filter and select Device.
    2. Select the device types you want to filter on:
      • Mobile
      • Tablet
      • Desktop
      • Other (which includes devices like wearables and consoles)
    3. Click Apply Filters.
  • To add a filter, click Add Filter and select the filter type.
    As you add filters, the Apply Filters button updates to display a count of how many filters you have.
  • To remove a filter, click the delete button beside it.
