Filter report data (activities)
Focus your analysis on a subset of Touchpoint activity responses.
You can filter Overall Analysis and Response Breakdown reports by date, digital channel, distribution, and device. You can also use multiple filters at once.

Filter report data by date.
- On the Overall Analysis or Response Breakdown tab, in the top right corner, click Filter and select Date.

Select a date filter option:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 3 Months
- Range
If you select this option, use the calendar pickers to select start and end dates. The maximum selectable date range is constrained by when the first response was collected (start date) and the current date (end date).
- Click Apply Filters.

Filter report data by data source.
- On the Overall Analysis or Response Breakdown tab, in the top right corner, click Filter and select Source.

Select the source types you want to filter on:
- Website
- Mobile App
- Link
- Member Hub
- Click Apply Filters.

Filter report data by distribution.
- On the Overall Analysis or Response Breakdown tab, in the top right corner, click Filter and select Distribution.
- Select the distributions you want to filter on.
- Click Apply Filters.

Filter report data by device.
- On the Overall Analysis or Response Breakdown tab, in the top right corner, click Filter and select Device.

Select the device types you want to filter on:
- Mobile
- Tablet
- Desktop
- Other (which includes devices like wearables and consoles)
- Click Apply Filters.

To add a filter, click
Add Filter and select the filter type.
As you add filters, the Apply Filters button updates to display a count of how many filters you have.

Filter report data by language.
- On the Overall Analysis or Response Breakdown tab, in the top right corner, click Filter and select Language.
- Select the check boxes beside the languages you want to filter on.
- Click Apply Filters.

To remove a filter, click the delete button beside it.
