Preview the respondent journey

  1. On the activity toolbar, click Logic.
    Result: The respondent journey flow chart opens in a new window.
  2. Review the flow chart and fix errors as necessary.
    • Use the controls in the top right corner to zoom in, zoom out, and reset the view to the original size.

    • Ensure any screen set to Screen Branching is showing the correct screens next, based on the selected answers.

    • Review screens marked with red.

      A red exclamation point indicates an error.

      A red exclamation point also appears next to the screen in the Activity Content area.

      To fix this error, open the screen for editing, and choose a Respondent Journey option.

    • Ensure that all the boxes and lines are blue instead of grey.

      Grey indicates that a screen is orphaned from the rest of the activity.

      To fix this issue, you can delete orphaned screens if they're not needed. Alternately, review and reset the respondent journey options in other screens to reference the orphaned screens.

    • Check for End of activity labels in the final screens.

    • Check for redirect URLs in Call To Action screens.
