On the
Digital Channels page, you can edit and group
together the visitor attributes that are passed into Touchpoint for each
channel. Organizing these data points makes it easier and more efficient to
create targeted distributions later.

-
Click

Result:
The visitor attribute moves from the
Available attributes section to the
Disabled attributes section. The visitor
attribute is no longer available for selection in new distributions.
Disabling an attribute does not affect live activities that
are currently using that attribute. For example, if
"country" is used in an open distribution, disabling
"country" does not change the set of attribute conditions
visitors must meet in order to see the activity, nor does it prevent the
activity from collecting data.
-
Enable a disabled attribute.
-
Click the options menu beside a disabled attribute and select
Enable Attribute.
-
Click
Enable attribute to confirm.
Result: The visitor attribute moves from the
Disabled attributes section to the
Available attributes section. The
attribute is available for selection in new distributions.
