Deactivate or delete a digital channel

Deactivate a website or mobile app you no longer want to use to distribute activities, or delete it to remove it permanently.

1. On the Digital Channels page, click the options menu beside a site listing and select Deactivate or Delete.
   
2. Select an option:
   • Deactivate this channel

     This option is temporary. When you choose this, the channel is listed on the Digital Channels page with a status of Inactive. Click Continue to Deactivate, and then Deactivate.

     You can re-activate it at any time by clicking the options menu and selecting Re-activate or Delete. Then select Re-activate this channel and click Re-activate.

     
   • Delete this integration

     This option is permanent. If you need to re-integrate the site, you must generate a new code snippet and install it in your site's <header> element again.

3. Click Save.
